3. Monasteries ============= The Amarr are deeply religious as well as conservative. It is likely that they wouldn't take kindly to unorthodox interpretations of their doctrine. In the past, this may have led to charges of heresy, blasphemy, etc. However, instead of the Amarr banishing these zealots (as they banished the Khanids), they might just have them settle at the low-sec edge of their empire. 1. Space Casino
-Make a POS (or EoS) which is a 'safe zone' in low-sec. This would be a seedy bar where all kinds of illegal activities would happen. A tavern and gambling would be available. The Casino would have it's own sentry gun, and would be protected by a group of Pirates/ Privateers.
I have several ideas. A shame that as a new account, I can't put them on the EVE blog, but oh well. Most of these ideas involves players simply colonizing low-sec space with POS. This is something that players can do on their own, although at the moment there isn't much financial incentive. There is roleplaying incentive if you think about it though.
