A quick thought on a bounty hunting mechanic. Rather than players placing a bounty, a bounty value is automatically added to a player who commits a felony. Subsequent felony acts add to that value but with a 'half life' eg +50% for the second felony, +25% for the third and so on. As a players security rating drops they get also inverse multiplier to NPC rat kill bounties - e.g -5 sec rating = 50% bonus to NPC bounty ...more »
