"I do agree that something needs to be done to improve faction warfare, though. I'm just not sure what it is." 3. Monasteries ============= The Amarr are deeply religious as well as conservative. It is likely that they wouldn't take kindly to unorthodox interpretations of their doctrine. In the past, this may have led to charges of heresy, blasphemy, etc. However, instead of the Amarr banishing these zealots (as they banished the Khanids), they might just have them settle at the low-sec edge of their empire.
